One Rep Max Calculator
Testing a true one-rep max alone at home is risky. Enter a weight you lifted for a set of reps and get an estimate instead.

Estimates are most accurate for sets of 10 reps or fewer. Always lift with safeties or a spotter near your limit.
How this calculator works
Epley: 1RM = weight x (1 + reps / 30). Brzycki: 1RM = weight x 36 / (37 - reps). We show both and their average, then working weights as percentages of the average.
