What we liked
- + Patented quick-select system: twist the handle in the cradle to change weight, with no pins or collars.
- + Hex-shaped plates resist rolling, and the knurled steel handle gives a traditional dumbbell grip.
- + Includes a storage tray that holds the unused plates, keeping everything in one small footprint.
Trade-offs
- - Sold as a single dumbbell, so a matched pair means buying two.
- - Plates are nylon coated, not bare cast iron, and the listing bullets do not give the weight increments.
