What we liked
- + The listing describes a 180 degree vertical fold with a leak-proof tank, so it can be stored upright to save floor space.
- + Solid oak frame is rated for up to 400 lbs and has an extended rail for users with a leg length up to 39 inches.
- + Bluetooth monitor connects to a companion app with guided rowing workouts, and the rower ships 90 percent pre-assembled.
Trade-offs
- - At about $430 it sits well above the magnetic rowers in this guide, so it is a premium pick for a small space.
- - Water rowers need a filled tank, and the listing does not state the folded footprint in exact dimensions.
