What we liked
- + 5-position arm curl pad and 4-position bar catch with 1 inch spacing allow a personal setup.
- + A 2 inch thick pad with high-density foam and vinyl upholstery adds comfort.
- + A powder-coated steel tube frame is built for stability.
Trade-offs
- - It is designed for Marcy MWB-5511 and MWB-7096 benches, so you must measure your bench receiver first.
- - It is an accessory only, so it needs a compatible bench to work.
