What we liked
- + Support bar adjusts from 26.8 to 37.8 inches, which helps users who want balance support.
- + 99 speed levels, nine programs and two attachable resistance bands give room to start slow.
- + A 23.6 lb build and a low-noise motor suit apartment storage and use.
Trade-offs
- - Wellness claims in the listing, such as lymphatic drainage, are marketing language and not proof of results.
- - Lighter motor than the 4D triple-motor plates, so it is a gentler machine.
