What we liked
- + A quick locking buckle lets you open and close the belt fast between sets.
- + The belt is the same width all the way around, which supports the core evenly.
- + Lightweight nylon design is less bulky than a stiff leather belt.
Trade-offs
- - Nylon is more flexible than leather or a 10 mm powerlifting belt, so it gives less rigid support for max lifts.
- - Sizing varies by waist, so use the size chart in the listing before ordering.
